Baseball Parade 2007

So, here in Marion, we have a baseball parade to kick off the Little League season. The parade was on Saturday, and Timothy rode in a truck with his teammates (all in orange shirts) and threw candy to the crowd. We couldn't believe the turn out. Matthew and Abby had a BLAST picking up candy and putting it in the bag.....and then of course, eating the candy. It's fun to live in a small midwestern town....like small town americana!

Mother's Day

This Mother's Day was planned and meant to be relaxing, but when 2 -2 year olds are getting 2 year old molars, it's not so nice. I did get some time away and a great seafood dinner with Mark after the 2 year olds were in bed. We also had the chance to get some cute photos after church. Enjoy & will write more later!

outside day!

Here we are at the weekend again, and we spent the whole afternoon outside. The kids played with the beach ball sprinkler, in the sandbox, with misc. toys and attempted to help Dad. Mark worked on digging up the back yard and redistributing dirt from one area to another. We have a bowl in our backyard and want to have a flat yard. So, this is our first attempt to make a flatter backyard. So, Happy Mother's Day to my Mom & Mother in law and all friends and family. Enjoy the latest photos.

cold water

We set up the pool and while it is warm during the day, it is still cold at night. So, my kids spend the entire time saying "cold water or cold bath". These photos were taking during the fill stage, so the water is REALLY cold. So, hopefully, we'll have both warm days and evenings soon, but until then it will be a cold bath. Enjoy!

Fun in Indy

Well, I am finally posting a little note and a few photos from our trip to Indianapolis for Naomi & Esther's birthday party. I will also include the only group shot of 6 wet, muddy kiddos after running around in the mud at Matthew & Amy's new property. Everyone had a blast...it's so good to get everyone together.

Until later,

Amy
